Rotary Railroad Car Dumper System Rail Car Dumper Automatic Wagon Unloading System
The main forms of rotary railload car dumper system are rotor type and roll type. Among them, the most used is the rotary railload car dumper. The rotor dumper is characterized by light weight and small size. However, the ground civil engineering cost is relatively large. Roll dumpers are rarely used. The roll dumper is characterized by large self weight, high power consumption and relatively small civil engineering cost. The efficiency of single car dumper is generally 18-25 cars per hour. In order to improve the efficiency, the multi section dumper adopts the gondola without uncoupling.
