During stacking and reclaiming, the bulk materials of the ground belt conveyor are unloaded to the stacking and reclaiming belt conveyor by the rear part, and the materials are stacked to the stockpile by the mobile belt conveyor as supposed by the traveling mechanism and Luffing mechanism.
