There are many forms of wagon unloading system, which can be divided into through type and turn back type according to the process of wagon unloading system. According to the structural form, it can be divided into rotor type, roll type, end unloading type and composite type, among which the most used is a rotary wagon unloading. The Wagon unloading can be divided into O-shape and C-shape. At the same time, it can also be divided into steel wire drive and gear drive according to the driving force mode of car dumper. Since the incoming train may not be able to unload in time after arrival, there will be some interruption of waiting time and station train inspection time. Therefore, the daily actual effective time of the wagon unloading is 10h, that is, the average effective time utilization rate is 40%. If the average load of each vehicle is calculated as 60t, the daily average comprehensive production capacity of a wagon unloading can reach about 15000t (day and night).
